About Accommodation
- Two bedded hostel rooms (Non-AC) have been arranged at IMTI which is nearly 2 K.M from NIT Trichy on payment basis (Rs. 500/ per day per participants) for the male participants. The check-in time will be 9 A.M and check-out time will be 9 A.M.
- For female participants, NIT Tiruchirappalli Girls hostel (dormitory type) have been arranged on payment basis (Rs. 200/ per day per participants). The check-in time will be 9 A.M and check-out time will be 9 A.M.
- Participants need to pay the amount using sbi-i-collect.
- To confirm your accommodation participants, need to fill the forms after paying the bed fees based on their required number of days using the link
- The last date for accommodation registration is 30/11/2019.

How to Reach Us
NIT-T is in Tiruchirappalli (also known as Trichy or Tiruchy). It is located on the Trichy-Thanjavur Highway about 22 km from Tiruchurappalli Railway Jn / Central Bus stand. The nearest airport is Tiruchirappalli airport. The simplest and most economical way to reach NITT from Trichy city is by bus. Any city bus at the Tiruchirappalli Railway Jn. will take you to the central bus stand. Board Thanjavur bound mofussil or route bus. You can get down at NIT Trichy bus stop or Thuvakudi bus stop. From Thuvakudi Bus Stop NIT Trichy and IMTI hostel are of walkable distance. The journey time from Trichy city will be around 30 minutes. Ola and Fastrack cabs are also an option to reach the NIT Trichy campus and IMTI.
